Pakistan Stock Market rebounds, 100 Index closes at 149,493 points, investor confidence restored

Karachi: A positive trend prevailed in the Pakistan Stock Exchange this week and investor confidence seemed to be restored at the end of trading. On Friday, the 100 Index rose significantly by 4,448 points, after which the index closed at 149,493 points.

On a weekly basis, the Hundred Index remained stable with an increase of 3,001 points and traded in a band of 4,858 points. The highest level of the index was 151,261 while the lowest level was 146,403 points.
