OGRA Announces New LPG Prices Effective May 1, 2025

Islamabad : The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued a new notification regarding LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) consumer prices across Pakistan. As per the announcement, the revised prices will be effective from May 1, 2025, and are based on updated market dynamics, transportation, and distribution costs.

The total maximum LPG consumer price has been fixed at Rs. 2,892.91 per metric ton or Rs. 245.16 per kg.

According to Clause 3.4.5 of the LPG Policy 2016, all distributors and marketing companies are directed to follow the maximum capped price across the supply chain. Any violation may result in regulatory action from OGRA.

Consumers are advised to verify pricing from local distributors and ensure they are charged according to the maximum retail price set by OGRA.
