KARACHI: G3 REIT Management Limited has received a licence from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to provide REIT management services.

The company, associated with Ghani Global Holdings, received the licence to operate as a Non-Banking Finance Company under the relevant regulatory framework.

The licence will remain valid until October 1, 2029.

Following the approval, references in the company’s Scheme of Arrangement that described the licence as pending or awaiting approval will now be updated.

The company has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange about the development.

The licence clears a regulatory requirement for G3 REIT Management to undertake its planned REIT management activities.

The company said other terms and conditions of the Scheme of Arrangement remain unchanged.

REIT management companies play a role in managing real estate investment structures, allowing investors to participate in property-related investments through regulated vehicles.

The development is therefore relevant to investors monitoring Ghani Global Holdings and the company’s restructuring and investment plans.
