Market Analysis: Why Are Fuel Rates Fluctuating?

Under OGRA’s current daily pricing mechanism (effective Monday–Friday), ex-depot prices are updated daily based on SBP dollar rates and Platts Arab Gulf benchmarks. However, prices remain unchanged over weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) due to the non-publication of international Platts prices.
