Lahore: To celebrate its 77th anniversary, Honda Pakistan has launched a special promotion on its flagship hybrid crossover – the HR-V e:HEV. For a limited time only, customers who book through an authorized Honda 3S dealership will enjoy free vehicle registration.

About the HR-V e:HEV and the offered mechanics

Launched in July 2025, the HR-V e:HEV is equipped with a hybrid system that delivers 131 horsepower and 253 Nm of torque, while achieving a fuel economy of up to 25 km/l — making it the most efficient compact crossover in its class.

As part of the anniversary campaign:

Free registration is offered when booking through any authorized Honda 3S dealership across the country.

This incentive is available for a limited period only, so prospective buyers are urged to act quickly.

Pricing and Booking Details

Honda’s current pricing structure for the HR-V line in Pakistan is as follows:

HR-V VTi (Standard) – Rs 7,549,000 (Ex-factory)

HR-V VTi-S — Rs 7,799,000

HR-V e:HEV (Hybrid model) — Rs 8,999,000

A down payment of Rs 1,500,000 is required to book the Hybrid.

By absorbing the registration costs for buyers, Honda is effectively reducing one of the most common ancillary charges that come after vehicle purchase, making the Hybrid model a slightly more attractive overall cost of ownership.

Market Impact and Buyer Appeal

The promotion comes at a time when hybrid and efficient vehicles are increasingly gaining traction among consumers who are increasingly conscious of fuel costs and emissions. The combination of a strong powertrain, competitive fuel economy, and now-waived registration fee gives the HR-V e:HEV an edge over comparable offerings.

Automotive analysts believe this limited-time offer could help Honda accelerate its hybrid model, especially among buyers who were previously hesitant due to the additional registration and paperwork costs.

However, success will depend on how quickly customers respond, once the offer ends, the full cost burden returns.
