The continuation of the recent bullish trend indicates that buying activity in the stock market has strengthened. However, it is necessary to review the market performance and trading volume in the coming sessions to consider the continuous increase as a permanent restoration of investor confidence.
A total of 403,669 transactions were made in the market on Thursday. The share prices of 232 companies increased, the shares of the same number of companies decreased, while the share prices of 106 companies remained stable. These statistics show that despite the significant increase in the index, not all shares improved equally.
On the other hand, the KMI 30 index, which shows the performance of selected companies according to Sharia principles, also closed in the positive zone. The index rose 2,000.56 points, or about 0.84 percent, to 238,958.15 points.

According to aggregate market data, the total volume of shares at the end of the trading day was 816.83 million, while their value was Rs31.54 billion. During this period, 570 companies traded shares.
It will be important for investors to assess in the coming sessions whether the recent bullish momentum continues or if the market is facing increasing selling pressure to take profits. Along with the continued progress of the index, trading volume, financial results of companies and economic conditions will also play an important role in determining the direction of the stock market.
