Lahore: The price of petroleum products has again increased in the country. The government has issued a notification announcing the new prices of petrol and high-speed diesel.
The new prices have seen petrol prices hiked by Rs 12.90 per litre. After the increase, the price of petrol has reached Rs 358.77 per litre. The new price will be effective from now.
The price of high-speed diesel has also been increased; however, its rate is lower than that of petrol. According to the notification, the price of diesel has gone up by Rs 3.72 a litre, and its new price is Rs 381.77 per litre.
The rates of petrol and high-speed diesel will continue to be valid up to 8th September.
