The department has clarified that the registration, token tax and transfer of blacklisted vehicles will be banned, while such vehicles can also be seized.

According to sources, special teams in major cities including Lahore are tracing defaulting vehicles through modern cameras. Despite being warned several times, the owners have not submitted their challans.

The department has appealed to the citizens to submit their e-challans immediately to avoid any legal action or confiscation of the vehicle.
