KARACHI: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stated that the Pakistan Navy’s exceptional preparedness and professional excellence forced the enemy to back off without engaging in conflict. He said this during his address to naval officers and personnel at Karachi Dockyard.
He commended the Navy’s role in securing Pakistan’s ports and maritime trade routes, saying their readiness matched that of the Army and Air Force. “Our comprehensive preparedness left the enemy unable to make a move. Despite being numerically superior, the enemy was strategically paralyzed,” he said.
Referring to India’s recent failed attempts at military provocation, the Prime Minister said the global community witnessed how Pakistan’s Navy stood firm and deterred any maritime aggression.
He praised the close coordination among Pakistan’s armed forces and their use of modern technology, calling it the backbone of national defense.
