Registration for Hajj 2026 to start from August 4, package Rs 11.5 to 12.5 lakh

Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has released the schedule for Hajj 2026 registration. According to the spokesperson, the first installment of Hajj fees will be collected from registered persons on a first-come, first-served basis from August 4 to 9.

Applicants can submit forms through designated banks or the ministry’s online portal. If seats remain available, new persons will also be able to apply from August 11 to 16. The spokesperson clarified that the second installment will be collected from November 1.

The Hajj package is expected to cost between Rs 11.5 and 12.5 lakh, including the cost of the sacrifice. This time, restrictions such as repeat Hajj and age limit have been lifted, however, children born after March 1, 2014 will not be able to apply.

The ministry has clarified that this time applications will also be received from unregistered pilgrims, so that the Hajj quota can be fully utilized. The spokesperson requested the public to take advantage of this opportunity by submitting the forms within the stipulated dates.
