Islamabad: Pakistan Airports Authority has issued an important NOTAM stating that flight operations at Islamabad International Airport will be affected for a limited time on March 16.
According to the announcement, it has been decided to temporarily close six sectors of the Lahore Flight Information Region.
According to PAA, commercial flights will remain closed at Islamabad Airport from 8:30 am to 10:30 am on March 16.
During this time, aircraft in the air may have to wait to land at Islamabad Airport.
All airlines and aircraft captains have been instructed in the NOTAM to carry extra fuel on flights so that the flight can continue safely in case of any possible delay.
