Attock: The Deputy Commissioner Attock has announced that there will be a local holiday across the district on Thursday, August 28 on the occasion of the annual Urs of Hazrat Sakhi Sultan. On that day, all government offices, schools and colleges will remain closed, while hospitals, Rescue 1122 and sanitation institutions will continue to function as usual.
According to the official notification, this decision has been taken keeping in mind the large number of pilgrims and public convenience. The district administration has issued instructions for special arrangements for security, traffic and provision of facilities on the occasion of Urs Mubarak.
