Islamabad: In the second phase of the government Hajj Scheme 2026, those who want to perform Hajj for the first time can now apply. The Ministry of Religious Affairs has started receiving applications through the online portal, and this phase will continue till August 16.
Overseas Pakistanis can also submit applications through their close relatives to designated banks in Pakistan, but they will have to submit a medical certificate to the concerned institution upon returning home.
Applications will be stopped when the Hajj quota is completed, so the ministry has said that the application should be submitted soon so that the opportunity does not slip away. All applications will be scrutinized through a transparent computerized system.
The government has released the application form and the list of banks on its website for the convenience of every aspirant.
