Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has scheduled the hearing of the petitions filed against the 26th Constitutional Amendment. The case will be heard on October 7 at 11:30 am, for which an 8-member constitutional bench has been formed.
The bench will be led by Justice Aminuddin Khan, while he will be joined by Justice Jamal Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Hassan Rizvi, Justice Musarat Hilali, Justice Naeem Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal.
