ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gowher Ali Khan has said that he has not received any information, invitation, or communication regarding a meeting with the US delegation. Talking to the media in Islamabad, he said that no card was received, no WhatsApp message, and no invitation came from the US Embassy.
He said the PTI has already made it clear that all political parties should be united on national interest and all stakeholders should be included if any foreign delegation comes. Gauhar Khan said that since she has not been contacted for a meeting, she will now contact the office of the Speaker of the National Assembly to clarify the matter.
Gauhar Khan stressed on the occasion that the PTI is always ready to present Pakistan’s stand on the world stage, but questions are raised for deliberately not contacting them.
