KARACHI: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced an Israeli death march in Karachi on April 13, saying that Israel’s atrocities on Gaza’s Muslims are the darkest chapter in history. He said that Israel attacked Gaza in violation of the peace agreement, where innocent children are suffering in the struggle for life and death.
In his statement, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is a war criminal and the International Court of Justice has issued an order for his arrest, but the situation in Gaza is so bad that there is no medicine or food available, while the Muslim rulers are in criminal silence.
He said that the perpetrators of the crime and those who remain silent on this crime are equally guilty. The rulers of the Islamic world have bowed to America and the West While the Muslim Ummah still stands in a row in its sentiments, the rulers are unable to represent these sentiments.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman warned that no Arab country would be safe from the growing Israeli ambitions towards Greater Israel. He called on the Muslim Ummah to increase political pressure on the rulers in their countries in favor of Palestine.
The head of JUI announced that a joint convention of all schools of thought will be held on April 10, in which a joint strategy and strategy on the Palestinian issue will be decided.
