LAHORE: The Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, has announced a march towards the US Consulate in Lahore on April 11. He said similar marches would be held in Karachi on April 13 and Islamabad on April 20.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman condemned the Israeli attacks in Gaza and said that the Palestinians are being massacred and the international community remains a mute spectator. He added that the United States and the European Union are supporters of Israel, and history will not forgive them.
Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami said that 80 to 90 percent of Gaza has been destroyed and more than 80,000 people have been displaced. He called on the Pakistani government to condemn the Indian bill and raise its voice in favor of the Palestinians.
