Islamabad: Omar Ayub from the opposition sent both a dossier and letter to the International Monetary Fund Islamabad mission for presenting documented evidence about election rigging that occurred in the general elections of Pakistan.
Through a social media post, Ayub disclosed that he sent the dossier to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and the International Monetary Fund, then submitted the evidence document of election tampering against PTI, the political party founded by Imran Khan.
According to Omer Ayub the national elections must remain transparent and clean as PTI leaders had previously demanded this requirement. The need for immediate action on these matters becomes essential for political and economic stability because he urges international organizations and stakeholders to notice the situation. The political stand reflects the continuous dispute regarding Pakistan’s electoral system legitimacy.
