Karachi: The Omani Rial (OMR), one of the strongest Gulf currencies, was traded at Rs. 733.90 for buying and Rs. 741.40 for selling in Pakistan’s open market.
The high value of the Omani Rial shows its significant strength compared to the Pakistani Rupee. For Pakistan, this has direct relevance as thousands of expatriates working in Oman regularly send remittances home, contributing to the economy.
