Petroleum product prices likely to fall, petrol expected to be cheaper by Rs 6.10 per liter

Islamabad: The possibility of a reduction in the prices of petroleum products is being expressed, which may provide partial relief to the public. According to sources, the price of petrol is expected to be reduced by Rs 6.10 per liter from October 16.

Similarly, the price of high-speed diesel is likely to be reduced by 97 per liter, kerosene by Rs 2.75 per liter, and light diesel oil by Rs 1.64 per liter.

According to the petroleum industry, all calculations have been completed and submitted to OGRA, which will now send a summary regarding the price changes to the Petroleum Division.
