Karachi: According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, 24-karat gold prices increased by Rs 1,000 per tola today, hitting Rs 273,600. This is a major rise in gold prices in Pakistan.
The price of 10 grams of gold has also increased by Rs 857, making the current rate Rs 234,568. Gold prices have been steadily rising, driven by both local demand and international market conditions, as seen by this spike.
Additionally, gold prices have increased on the global market, rising $10 to $2,624 per ounce. Global price increases are ascribed to shifting economic indicators and geopolitical unpredictability, which keep investors gravitating toward safe-haven commodities like gold.
The steady increase in gold prices foreshadows a growth in demand for investments in the next year, both domestically and internationally. In light of changing market circumstances, traders and buyers are closely monitoring any further price fluctuations.
