ISLAMABAD: A special meeting was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousuf regarding the preparations for the celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), in which important decisions were taken to organize the Ashra Rahmat-ul-Alameen (PBUH). The Ministry of Religious Affairs has completed the preparations and the government has announced that the Ashra Rahmat-ul-Alameen (PBUH) will be celebrated in a dignified manner.
During the meeting, the Federal Minister said that the Ashra will be celebrated from 1st to 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal, and ceremonies will be held for 12 days at the national and provincial levels regarding the Seerat-e-Pak (PBUH). He said that as per the resolutions of the National Assembly and Senate, conferences will be organized across the country to make the younger generation aware of the Seerat-e-Nabi (PBUH).
Sardar Muhammad Yousuf said that the Ministry of Religious Affairs is also organizing the 50th International Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference in Islamabad, the theme of which is: “State Responsibilities in Teaching and Training on the Useful Use of Social Media in the Light of the Seerat-e-Nabi (PBUH).
The Federal Minister said that the aim of the Ashra is to enlighten the youth with the blessed life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), and programs will also be organized in colleges and universities. He added that students of contemporary educational institutions and religious schools will participate in joint programs so that solutions to contemporary problems can be found in the light of the life of the Prophet (PBUH).
He stressed that it is necessary to follow the example of the Prophet (PBUH) to save education, economy, social values ​​and family system from deterioration, and this path is the guarantee of achieving success in religion and the world.
