Pakistan will continue to fight against terrorism: DG ISPR

Islamabad: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has said that the nation of Pakistan has never bowed down to anyone and will not bow down now. He made it clear that the fight against the menace of terrorism is going on, which is aimed at stopping the development of the country.

In an interview with a Chinese media group, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said that Pakistan’s greatest strength is its determination and self-reliance, which is possible with our own courage after Allah. He said that the international community is engaged in its challenges, but Pakistan will always protect its national interests.

The DG ISPR said that Pakistan and China are working together for peace and stability in the region. He described China’s development as an example on the world stage and said that the people of Pakistan also want development and peace.

He said that today the spirit of peace and humanity is found in the streets of Pakistan. “We thank God. Because we want peace.
