Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman of Jamaat-e-Islami said that Pakistan has given a befitting reply to India.

Islamabad: Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, the Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami, has said that Pakistan’s forces have destroyed India’s pride and India has been given a befitting reply to its aggression. Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that the people of Pakistan and the army are on the same page, and despite political differences, the entire nation is united in defending its country.

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman termed India’s actions a “false flag operation” and said that the Indian government did not investigate the incidents that took place in the past, while India has been staging such incidents in the past as well. He added that India not only attacked mosques but also martyred our children, which shows that India is also committing cruel acts like Israel.

He said that Pakistan’s forces have destroyed India’s pride on the battlefield, and the entire nation has gained a new courage and confidence. He said that the entire nation needs to be alert to thwart the enemy’s plans.

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman further said that he had spoken to the Prime Minister and assured him of full support. If the US president or secretary of state were to talk to Pakistan, we should make three key demands: the restoration of the Indus Waters Treaty, dialogue on Kashmir, and an apology from India for the attacks on mosques and children, he said.

He also said that all the workers of Jamaat-e-Islami are ready to work as volunteers and the friendship with China should be carried forward with respect and dignity.
