CM Maryam Nawaz Extends Educational Support Beyond Punjab

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has made an important decision to extend the Honhar Scholarship Scheme to students outside of Punjab. This means that bright young people from all areas can now have equal chances for education. The number of computers in Punjab’s student program has grown to 110,000, which is an important step for helping students go digital.

CM Maryam Nawaz confirmed her goal of open education, stating that students from Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa deserve the same opportunities as students in Punjab. “Every smart student, no matter where they are from, has the right to receive these scholarships and laptops.” “They are all our kids,” she said.

She confirmed that choosing based on ability would stay the same in all areas. If a student gets accepted into a top college, the Punjab government will pay for their fees. “Our aim is to improve lives, one student at a time,” she said.

With this program, Punjab is helping its young people and leading the way for better schooling across the country.
