Islamabad: Senator Irfan Siddiqui from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) views that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has lost its “negotiation train” opportunity so it should use the fresh dialogue offer by the Prime Minister right now. During his recent statement Senator Siddiqui accused PTI of making a unilateral withdrawal decision from negotiations due to what he described as undemocratic apolitical conduct.

The valuable window for addressing their demands seriously through negotiation was lost due to PTI’s actions according to him. Siddiqui stated that the combination of long marches and sit-ins will never produce a resolution because meaningful and sincere negotiations remain the sole method of solving problems.
