ISLAMABAD: The federal government has updated petroleum prices effective October 09, 2026, pushing motor spirit (petrol) higher by Rs 2.31 per litre to reach Rs 398.96 per litre. High-Speed Diesel (HSD) also experienced an increase of Rs 0.78 per litre, setting its updated retail price at Rs 395.72 per litre. Meanwhile, Kerosene Oil and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) rates stand at Rs 329.54 and Rs 272.29 per litre respectively, following the latest notification issued by the Petroleum Division.
