Karachi – The Canadian Dollar (CAD) showed mild fluctuations in Pakistan’s currency market as global commodity-linked movements influenced investor sentiment.

In the interbank market, CAD was recorded at Rs 201.55 (buying) and Rs 201.92 (selling). In the open market, it traded at Rs 200.01 (buying) and Rs 205.45 (selling).

Exchange companies report moderate demand for CAD, mainly driven by education and immigration-related transactions.

Analysts suggest CAD will remain sensitive to global oil and trade data, which directly impacts Canada’s economic outlook.
