Issued under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner Lahore and the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), the notification outlines strict retail rates across various poultry categories.
According to the official document, the rate for live broiler chicken has been fixed at Rs. 383 per kilogram, while broiler meat is priced higher depending on cut type. Boneless meat and premium cuts have been assigned significantly higher rates, reflecting market demand and supply conditions.
Egg prices have also been regulated, with farm eggs priced at Rs. 6990 per carton and Rs. 237 per dozen, ensuring affordability amid fluctuating market trends. Authorities have reiterated that all vendors must comply with these rates, and strict action will be taken against violators.
