Lahore: Overall stability was seen in the prices of poultry products in Lahore today, October 10, 2025.
According to the latest rates, live chicken is being sold at Rs 328 per kg, while chicken meat has been fixed at Rs 475 per kg. Similarly, the price of eggs per dozen has been recorded at Rs 315.
Poultry dealers say that despite the increase in feed, electricity and transport costs, prices are currently stable in the market. However, if the cost of production increases further, prices may increase next week.
According to market sources, there is an increase in demand for poultry products, especially due to the increase in domestic consumption of eggs and chicken meat, which has improved the buying and selling in the market.
According to experts, minor fluctuations in poultry prices are expected with the change in weather, however, the situation in the Lahore market is currently under control.
