Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has launched a Talent Hunt program to bring out the new generation of cricketers, in which 391 schools across the country are participating. The inaugural ceremony was held in Lahore where PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi unveiled the trophy and distributed kit bags to school teams.
The PCB Chairman said that this program is a milestone for the future of Pakistan cricket, it is hoped that it will bring out those players who will join the national team tomorrow and raise the country’s flag around the world.
Under the Talent Hunt, the youth who perform best will be included in the Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 teams as well as in cricket academies, where they will be provided with world-class training.
